Teacher Directors (ECE) Burned Out?

We are seeking second Recruiter and second Marketing Specialist to complete our team for our office in Phoenix! Must live in Phoenix!

Company Description: Staffing Company that provides substitutes and permanent F/T & P/T teachers (ECE) and teacher's aides to before & after school programs, pre-schools & day-care centers. Applicants are interviewed at our regional offices.

Recruiter-----> You will be responsible for attracting, qualifying, screening and hiring employees for placement with our customers on a temporary or permanent basis. The job entails quickly learning the prerequisites for working in the child care field, interviewing candidates, guiding them in the completion of their paperwork, screening and evaluating their background and qualifications, assigning them to a job category and orienting them for work as substitutes in the child care field. Training will be provided.

Marketing Specialist-----> You will be responsible for the marketing and sale of the company’s temporary and permanent staffing services. Main tasks include visiting the most promising prospects that have been identified, mailing/presenting marketing and promotional materials to stimulate demand, following-up with customers/prospects to explain the service and gaining their commitment. This is an hourly, full-time position that requires 50% out-of-office travel, visiting customers and prospects.
REQUIREMENTS
Recruiter------> Must be able to start immediately . Minimum A.A. degree or equivalent, ECE (Early Childhood Education) Units. Prior experience as a pre-school teacher or a director is required. Orderly work habits, punctuality, efficiency and courtesy on the phone are absolutely necessary. Being outgoing and detail oriented is a must. Ability to learn quickly, work efficiently and effectively with little daily supervision and good command of both written and spoken English is expected. This is an hourly, full-time position. Hours will be either 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm.

Marketing Specialist----->A.A. Degree or equivalent. Experience in the child care field is a MUST; some background in marketing staffing services would be a plus. Outgoing personality with the ability to convince people and efficient, courteous phone manners are required. The candidate needs to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and ability to work efficiently and effectively with little daily supervision. Good command of both written and spoken English and very good presentation skills is expected. Must be able to start right away. Candidates living close to our office are highly preferred.
