Online Admissions Trainer

Summary:
Assist with the design and delivery of training on a variety of topics targeted at developing sales and recruiting skills at the admissions representative level. Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Provide observational feedback regarding development of skills of employees participating in the new representative program.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and delivery of training on a variety of topics targeted at developing sales and recruiting skills at the admissions representative level.Serve as a coach to new online representatives following completion of required new hire training.
Certify and provide feedback regarding progress of new representatives completing required training.
Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Recommend new training methods as appropriate (i.e. Web-based training, video conferencing, interactive media, etc.)
Provide observational feedback to an Instructional Designer for the refinement of training manuals.
Monitor production data and trends to identify low-producing online representatives.
Provide sustained and specialized intensive training with low-producing online representatives.
Ensure that classroom training equipment is in working order prior to commencement of classes.
Ensure that training materials are developed and available for classes or one-on-one training sessions.
Document weekly and monthly training calendars.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and levels of

Bachelors Degree required.1 to 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.The ability to motive and inspire employees.
