Maintenance Superintendant

Currently we are seeking a qualified Maintenance Superintendent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Lead site effort to identify, develop, implement and manage reliability-based maintenance functions that includes preventative, predictive and TPM maintenance.
-Track downtime issues of critical equipment, develop and implement plans to drive higher uptime.
-Continuously evaluate current maintenance functions and reliability methods and implement changes to enhance effectiveness at maximizing performance.
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting skills on all plant equipment, systems and facilities.
-Determine benefits arising from the reliability program and publish periodic reports.
REQUIREMENTS
All qualified candidates must have a BS Degree in Engineering with a minimum 7 years experience or a BS in Engineering Technology with a minimum of 10 years experience, or Certified Manufacturing Engineering Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in Reliability Management Based Maintenance. Candidates must have experience in reliability centered maintenance management with a proven track record of implementing and managing the development of maintenance skill sets, improving equipment uptime, effective planning and organizing and systems improvements (CMMS). Experience in high volume manufacturing facility (preferably OEM appliance industry) with metal forming / stamping, high speed assembly lines, and conveying / paint / porcelain / washer / welding systems is required.
