Infant / Toddler Teacher

1-Infant/Toddler Teacher- Early Head Start Center, Phoenix, Arizona
Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is a non-profit community development corporation that provides behavior health, social services programs, such as training, counseling, housing, lending, head start and a charter school, through out the state of Arizona.

Requires: BA in Early Childhood Education, one year experience in teaching young pre-school children. Or an AAS in Early Childhood Education with-two years experience in an Early Childhood Education classroom setting. Note (Teachers working with infant/toddlers or program equivalent in the area must have/obtain a CDA credentials for Infant/Toddlers or program equivalent in the area of infant/toddler). Consideration will be given to candidates who are currently enrolled in CDA and will obtain their accreditation within six months of hire. Bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written proficiency preferred. Knowledge of developmental and educational needs of special needs children is desired. Data entry experience is required; plus working knowledge of computer, MS Word, MS Excel, & MS Access, First Aid certified and CPR. Salary comparable with experience.
