Operation experience important, experience as a trainer is a plus.L-3 Team Instructors will conduct Military Intelligence instruction using lesson plans and material provided by the government; employee shall teach the approved program of instruction to include authorized changes; employee shall provide competent, technical HUMINT platform instruction, this may include developing lesson plans based on government doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures; employee shall realistically, accurately and convincingly portray human intelligence (HUMINT) sources in a variety or role playing scenarios, in diversified settings and environments, such as practical, situational and field training exercises and tests; conduct training exercises, post exercise critiques, and complete written evaluation of student’s performance; employee shall perform duties as primary and assistant instructor, grade student’s reports, and execute/participate in retraining, retesting and counseling as required.Required Skills: Employees must have Operational experience working in one of the following skill sets: 97E/351E, 97B/351B, 35F, selected 18-series or USMC 0251/0211; Interrogator / De-briefer HUMINT Trainer/Developer candidate must be a U.S. citizen; at least 21 years of age; possess the interpersonal skills to effectively relate their knowledge to students; candidates with previous experience as a 97E/351E, 97B/351B, 35F, selected 18-series or Marine equivalent MOS 0251/0211 may also fulfill duties as Tactical Source Operations and Field Training Exercise HUMINT Trainer/Developer; employee instructors shall be proficient in the use of IT tools (such as Microsoft Office and other IT tools); employees must possess grounded written and oral communication skills and be able to effectively communicate in the English language; employee shall be able to move in all weather conditions on uneven terrain over loose gravel walkways without hand rails at the classroom facility and walk over distressed terrain at a 30% incline.Desired Skills: Previous experience as a HUMINT collector in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and/or Balkans; previous experience as a TRADOC instructor; successfully completed a TRADOC approved Instructor Training Course (ITC); graduate in of the G2X Course, DIA Collection Management Course, Graduate of CFSO, SOC, MOTC, FTC, SF “Q” Course or equivalent. Associates / Bachelors / Masters Degree, preferably in Political Science/International Relations/Psychology.
