We are currently seeking a savvy professional to gather and analyze quantitative data and report findings to corporate leadership.

EMPLOYMENT ANALYST
Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
Support the reporting and analysis needs of the Home Office, Campus, and MSAT Employment teams
Develop ad-hoc reports (Crystal, MS Access, Excel) for all levels of the Employment Services organization as requested
Modify existing reports as needed
Analyze data and ensure the appropriate performance metrics are in place to achieve superior performance
Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, revision and communication of policies and procedures
Assist with assessing organizational compliance to these policies
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or IT
0-3 years of reporting and/or analytical experience
Excellent analytical skills including good judgment, problem solving and decision making abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge to gain, understand and apply information and data as it related to UTI Employment Services
Strong working knowledge of reporting software applications, including Microsoft Access and Excel
Previous experience with Crystal reports is strongly preferred
