Education ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AID The California School of Culinary Arts is part of Ca- reer Education Corporation, one of the world's largest providers of quality, pri- vate, for-profit post-sec- ondary education, operat- ing over 80 campuses worl- dwide. The Director will su- pervise day-to-day operations of our Pasadena office as well as manage daily/weekly goals/re- quests of customers & in- ternal teams. The Dir. is also resp. for monitoring the daily operations to ensure compliance with all guideli- nes/regulations; identifying & processing all Return of Title IV funds; monitoring reports, ensuring data in- tegrity & use of document tracking, contact manager & workshops. A B.A. in Busi- ness is req'd with 3+ yrs of supervisory & financial aid exp. Knowledge of admis- sions, tuition planning, stu- dent finance, retention, de- fault management, re- gulatory audits, internal control concepts & princi- ples, state, federal, ac- creditation guidelines/re- gulations are req'd.
