REQUIREMENTS
Job ResponsibilitiesCopy, edit and proofread testing and curriculum materials for grammar, clarity, conciseness, and consistencyAdhere to style (both CMS and internal)
Ensure correct and consistent format across multiple projects
Meet established and changing deadlinesSkills, Knowledge, and Experience3+ years professional editing experience, preferably in educational, academic, or scholarly publishingMinimum BA Degree in English, communications, or related area preferred
Experience with Chicago Manual of Style is essentialDemonstrated ability to edit clearly, concisely, and accuratelyAbility to work with a variety of unfamiliar topics and concepts and to accept responsibility for quality of work
