District Coordinator for SES Tutoring (Part-Time) Phoenix, AZAlternatives Unlimited is a national education management company operating various alternative schools and SES tutoring programs around the country. Alternatives Unlimited seeks motivated, industrious individuals with experience in the education industry to serve as District Coordinator for SES programs. Experience in SES is a plus. The District Coordinator position is a part-time independent-contractor position with a guaranteed base pay plus an incentive package that will give the motivated candidate opportunity to earn significant compensation. The District Coordinator will oversee the delivery of after school tutoring programs and the specific duties will be:
> hire, in-service, and oversee tutors
> ensure all tutors have been properly screened
> represent company at vendor/parent fairs
> implement marketing program
> ensure all aspects of effective tutoring program are in place
> provide continuous outreach to ensure student attendance
> ensure tutors and students have all necessary materials
> ensure incentive plan is in place
> ensure all aspects of student attendance reporting are in place
> ensure all aspects of tutor sign-in are in place
> implement mechanism to ensure proper tutor-to-student ratios are maintained
> help locate tutorial sites
