Director, Job Corps Operations

Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc. (DESI), a subsidiary of Exodyne, Inc., is an innovative nationwide career education and training company. We are seeking an individual with proven leadership and management for the position of Director Job Corps Center Division at Corporate Headquarters. This executive will have gained his/her experience within an education/training service environment and must have a proven track record of building, leading, and managing a profitable operating division. The position will report directly with the President and work with the executive team in implementing policies, developing programs, and building partnerships.
Responsibilities
The Director will assume full P&L and general management responsibility for the Job Corps Center Division and will be responsible for driving its growth. Specific tasks include:
Identify contract opportunities and develop award-winning proposals.Anticipate and effectively respond to the needs of our customers – both internal and external.Develop comprehensive short-term and long-term strategies that will insure quality program delivery and data integrity. Actively involve the senior management team in this process.Define and establish division standards, policies, and procedures—building the basic infrastructure capable of supporting and sustaining the division through rapid growth in physical size, revenue, and operational complexity.

Experience/Education Requirements
We seek a seasoned executive from an education/training service company, preferably involved in Job Corps service contracts, who brings immediate credibility to the company. The successful candidate must be a proven leader with prior government services contracting experience. Specific requirements/expertise sought are:
Knowledge of existing and potential customers and partners.Broad understanding of government services contracting.Proven capability in developing and managing key strategic relationships with customers.Demonstrated success in profitably growing a company or business unit.Technical depth and awareness sufficient to understanding the core technology and be able to relate the message to a technical audience.Currently employed in education/training, preferably Job Corps.Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
