Daycare Assistant Director and Teachers

I am seeking to hire two assistant directors for my daycare. I would like myself and both of the assistant directors to be more involved in the classroom activities as well as doing the basic administrative tasks that are necessary. A large portion of the clientele at the facility have special needs of some kind. We deal with many issues daily with our families, but we do everything we can because we are a family.
