We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional that is interested in the following career opportunity at our Houston campus:

DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage ongoing, integrated, and research-based planning and evaluation processes for the campus (Institutional Effectiveness Program).
Plan and coordinate all assessment activities for the campus and provide quantitative/qualitative reports to campus leaders, University Central Administration, and/or external agencies.
Support and facilitate the work of institutional and programmatic accreditations, periodic strategic-planning and performance-indicator reporting, research and analysis activities, including the development of surveys and other methods of data collection.
Ensure effective reporting for IPEDS and other federal/state reports as required.
Serve as Director on Duty on nights when classes are scheduled, providing managerial presence and oversight for faculty, staff, and students during evening hours.
Substitute for faculty members who are ill or otherwise unable to conduct their class on a given night due to their absence from work.
Assist President on special projects.
Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree; Doctorate preferred in higher education administration, student services, educational psychology, or an academic discipline.
Experience with institutional research and assessment in the academic setting, as a classroom instructor, as an academic supervisor, leader or administrator desired, preferably at a regionally accredited college or university.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, quantitative research skills, including statistical research software, interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues and present findings to diverse audiences.
