Director responsibilities:
•Fostering an environment that allows children, their families, and the faculty to develop to their full potential
•Program operation that exceeds National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) criteria and incorporates Bright Horizons Family Solutions’ mission, organizational goals, values, philosophies and policies
•Fiscal management of the center
•Developing positive relationships with parents, children, and families
•Some evening or weekend work may be required
•Reviewing important decisions with the Regional Manager

•3 years experience managing a large child care center or multiple sites
•Proven experience in customer service, fiscal management, marketing, verbal and written communication
•Ability to hire and retain a quality staff
•BA in ECE or related field and at least 3 years experience in the field of full-time child care
•Experience with NAEYC accreditation
