Dayspring United Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Child Care Center Program. The philosophy of Dayspring Child Care Center as one of the ministries of the church is to create a one-of-a-kind environment where children can grow mentally, socially and physically. Its exceptional staff strives to help children develop positive self-images and have happy experiences by providing a warm, loving environment. The director is responsible for managing all facets of the non-profit weekday child care program, in keeping with its policies and philosophy. Qualifications desired include a bachelor's degree in child development, early childhood education, elementary education or related field and a minimum of five years experience teaching young children with two years in administrative and managerial roles in a child care program. The director must also meet regulatory and statutory licensing standards.
