WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS WORKER JOB OVERVIEW:

As General Warehouse Worker you unload all inbound freight containers, accurately pick the shipping orders and properly load outbound freight pallets

WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS WORKER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verify all items received against corresponding paperwork when unloading any inbound shipments.
Properly document and ensure accuracy and integrity when fulfill the picking process.
Secure all picked pallets well enough to allow for any common carrier shipments.
Correctly label and identify all picked pallets.
Properly check in and accurately record shipping quantities on paperwork.
Verify proper destination on all pre-picked/confirmed pallets.
Pack & place merchandise in ensuring that zero pieces are damaged and maximum fill rate.
Secure load properly allowing for efficient and damage free unloading at customer end.
Properly and accurately pick and stage merchandise.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the Warehouse & Shipping Area.
Communicate in a positive manner with all departments.
Complete other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS WORKER JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATION:
Hard-working, detailed-oriented, well-organized and honest.
Good health, and able to lift 60lbs+.
Knowledge of basic math.
Ability to operate forklift a plus.
Some PC knowledge, FedEx, UPS experience
Basic oral and written English
