SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT NATIONAL COMMERCIAL LOAN SALES (WHOLESALE MORTGAGE)



SCOPE OF WORK

Responsible for assuring that the COMMERICAL division meets its production and profitability objectives as determined by the Executive Committee. Oversee and direct the national sales and marketing force. Accountable for adherence to budgeted production, income and expense targets. Ensure that the national sales force is highly motivated, provides high quality service, while maintaining profitable, good quality production.



Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to ensure that the company attains its production goals.

· Monitor and maintain a customer base that is geographically diverse, well trained and an excellent source of product to meet the company’s goals.

· Monitor existing programs and propose new strategies and programs.

· Work with accounting to evaluate each region with respect to profitability, budget, funding volume, closing ratio, quality control, expense control, business development, marketing, new product implementation, market share penetration, and direct cost control reduction measures.

· Make resources available for direction and support of the Regional Vice President’s in attaining these goals.

· Prepare evaluations of regional performance, deficiency updates, production goals, business plan and status report update.

· Perform all other duties as assigned



Supervisory Responsibilities

Work closely with RVP’s and Marketing Coordinators to assist them in reaching the company’s volume goals.

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma

· 6-10 years RECENT COMMERCIAL experience in a similar capacity.

· Must have 5 years recent experience as a SVP Regional Sales Manager
