The Shipping and Inventory Assistant in a retail branch store, effectively oversees and manages the merchandise and shipping areas in an effort to maintain complete and accurate inventory levels of product as well as processing all incoming and outgoing packages.


As a Shipping & Inventory Assistant your care and commitment will play an important role in ensuring that special gifts reach our customers. Work to ensure that inventory levels are complete and accurate. Support the sales and operations staff and work to achieve the store's fiscal goals by processing incoming and outgoing transfers, verifying and processing returns, performing cycle counts and following up on special orders and back orders. You will be part of every customer's blue box experience when using special care to tie every Tiffany white ribbon. Use your keen attention to detail and proactive nature to order supplies, track packages and account for all incoming and outgoing merchandise.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in shipping and/or inventory field is required. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and experience utilizing UPS and FedEx systems is an asset. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be organized, details oriented and work to support the success of other team members.
