Shipping Coordinator - Facilities Coordinator

We are growing company in Snohomish County seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator - Facilities Coordinator to supervise the distribution of products.

Tasks include:

• Packaging and shipping of outgoing product
• Maintaining warehouse and assisting with the maintenance of a 24,000 sq. ft. facility.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.
• Will also manage a delivery driver and supervise up to 8 seasonal employees,
• Must have strong management/supervisory skills as well.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


• BA/BS degree in business management or equivalent
• Be detail oriented in following procedures and maintaining documentation
• Be assertive, proactive and take initiative to effect change
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Communicate effectively verbally, via email and by phone
• Computer skills: proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment
• Good physical condition to manage incoming/outgoing freight on a continual basis.
• Experience with light maintenance, plumbing and electrical
• Forklift experience
