STAND-UP FORKLIFT OPERATOR (FREEZER)

We have immediate openings for warehouse rofessionals with stand-up forklift experience (current forklift certification required). Qualified candidates will work in a cold storage/freezer environment for a City of Industry based cold storage and logistics provider.

- Read customer receiving information, customer, shipping orders, and/or other work requests to determine items to be received, selected for shipment and processed as required.
- Move products and materials to and from the loading docks or processing areas to storage or other areas in a safe manner.
- Locate product and materials with accuracy
- Sort and store product and materials with accuracy
- Assemble orders from stock by hand and palletize with accuracy - moving orders from storage to loading dock or shipping department safely.
- Label and mark materials with proper identification.
- Accurately identify boxes, cases, tubs, drums, totes and other containers.
- Record amounts of products and materials received or shipped.
- Weigh and count products and materials received or shipped from the plant.
- Complete deliveries, receiving, weight sheets and worksheets to customer specifications.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to transport stored products and materials in the warehouse both to and from storage and shipment locations.
- Prepare packages for shipment.
