RECEIVING CLERK

This is a temporary receiving position, where the assignment end date is unknown at this time. Work schedule is “Days,” Monday through Friday. Overtime will be required as needed.
Candidate will be responsible for administrative receiving tasks including, but not limited to: accurate transaction of material deliveries into inventory system, distribution of received goods to assigned recipient or storage location, organize and maintain records to support system activity and corporate control requirements, effectively communicate with Corporate Accounts Payable, Site Purchasing Department, Site Quality, etc, daily. Some desired qualifications are:
SAP experience highly preferred in receiving. All applicants must be US citizens or have permanent residence green card.


Requirements:

Competencies Required:Candidate is required to have high school diploma or equilavent, and be able to successfully pass a standard background check. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with all areas and management.Preferred experiences are: college hours, SAP experience in receivingWork Environment:The preferred candidate will be self disciplined and self managed to insure position productivity. The Receiving position is requires long periods of time on feet, have the ability to lift 30 lbs on a regular basis & up to 50 lbs from time to time, must be able to perform simple math calculations, capable of reading packing slips to successfully reconcile against inventory purchase order. Candidate will be required to work alone, or in other areas as situations dictate.
