Position Description: As part of our Produce Sales Team, you will network daily with growers and shippers of fresh produce. Sales Representatives are specialized by commodity; they source and market fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the grower and, in turn, sell and distribute to wholesale, retail and food service customers. The role is three-dimensional; it involves buying, selling and problem solving.

Required Qualifications:
•3 years of previous produce sales experience
•Effective communication skills
•Strong customer service skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy

•Problem solving and analytical skills
•Growth and sales oriented
•Mid level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and other related programs.
•Strong negotiating skills
•Self starter, willing to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
