Short Description:

IT Generalist responsible for the installation, modification, testing,
support and servicing on Printers, PCs, Laptops, Servers and Network
data communications equipment.



Complete Description:
Responsible for the installation, modification, testing and
servicing on Printers, PCs, Laptops, Servers and Network data
communications network equipment. Provides connectivity and network
support to all network, services, company, and customers. Performs
analysis of software, hardware, and network systems for processors,
multiplexes, LAN/WAN communications and various transmission systems.
Responds to assignments involving the installation, repair, and
maintenance of network equipment.






REQUIREMENTS
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience


MCSE Required 3 Years


A+ Required 2 Years


CCNA Required 2 Years

Note: We’re not strict on the
Cisco certification: candidate will need to know their way around the network – understand
switches and be familiar with router functions. They’ll not be doing switch or
router B/F. They’ll be hands and legs for remote Cisco operational support. In
other words, they’ll be instructed what to do – they will not need to do
troubleshooting or independent problem resolution.
