This position is responsible for ensuring maximum production and optimal safety and cost-effectiveness of the entire terminal operation. This will include directing terminal supervisors, workforce needs, hiring and training employees, and communicating policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have at least 5 years management experience, a minimum of 4 years LTL transportation experience, strong computer and communication skills and familiarity with personnel, safety and terminal procedures. Ability to work flexible hours and some weekends are required. A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
