Night Supervisor

Largest distributor to the natural and organic foods industry is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to supervise daily shipping operations of a 200,000 square ft. food distribution warehouse. Duties to include but not limited to supervising order selecting, loading and shipping of grocery, and frozen product. Responsible for associates and department functions and systems. Ensuring merchandise is stored, retrieved, processed, and maintained in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. Development and training of staff. Meeting goals, budgets, production, cost and efficiency. Supervising daily assignments, monitoring of productivity, accuracy, and safety within warehouse.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a coach. The successful candidate will be a team player with a minimum of one to two years experience in a grocery distribution setting or similar environment with excellent communication, interpersonal, computer and performance management skills. B.S. degree in a related field, or equivalent experience required. This is a 2nd shift position –
