National Account Executive

There is a high demand for these services to replace internal like delivery operations that are costly and less efficient.
We are looking for a National Account Executive to work out of our Corporate office in Houston to identify and acquire national, regional and local accounts for DILILGENT.
The opportunity:
• To Develop and execute sales agendas
• Manage shipper and carrier relationships
• Locate and identify national, regional and local prospects• Present, propose, follow up, negotiate and acquire potential new business
• Help operations in creating a customized logistics program for client
• Develop and build relationships with current and new clients
• Create and execute marketing programs for existing clients and prospects
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:The candidate will need excellent prospecting, cold calling, phone prospecting, sales, sales presentation, negotiation, time management skills, organizational skills, customer and employee relationship skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and situations to handle the different aspects of this particular position. Company will supply tools to be successful: Computer, wireless internet, Cell phone, marketing material and leads.Candidate must have knowledge of computer programs such as: excel, word, power point, Microsoft streets and trips and or the equivalent.We are looking for a candidate who has the desire to grow with our company, use their sales abilities, and provide excellent customer service. Transportation, Courier, Hot shot, Freight forwarding, Air freight, LTL/FTL and/or dedicated delivery (leased drivers) experience is a must to qualify for this position.We are looking for a person that is not afraid to work hard and desires to learn and grow towards a positive career.
