Marketing Distribution Associate

The position is located in Brookfield, WI

The purpose of the department is Provide field support to Allstate agents.

The scope of this job is The primary objective of the Market Distribution Associate (MDA) position is to learn about company distribution practices and demonstrate the application and mastery of sales and leadership concepts that will lead the incumbent to a distribution leadership position as deemed appropriate.

The individual will be responsible for

1. Focuses on building and maintaining relationships with Exclusive Agencies (EAs), Exclusive Financial Specialists (EFSs), distribution leaders and company employees to support individual agency objectives and the organization?s strategic priorities.
2. Provides resources, tools, and information, as requested, to help agencies grow the business.
3. Builds and maintains a collaborative working relationship across all three distribution functional areas (Sales Support, Distribution Leadership and Agency Consulting Services) and proactively shares information to ensure a common vision and partnership in support of agency growth.
4. Focuses on ensuring P&C and TL compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and standards.
5. Prospects for qualified candidates using a variety of sources, including, but not limited to, industry organizations, industry contacts, Internet leads, referrals, cold calls, direct mail, etc. to attract high caliber agents and financial specialists for the market.
REQUIREMENTS

Experience Required:
5 years sales and/or sales management experience recommended. Business knowledge and leadership skills. P&C, Life and Health Licenses as appropriate for the state. Securities Licenses - Series 6, 26, 51, (63 in some states) or equivalent (Should complete while in education phase and prior to Mini-Market phase).

Computer Proficiency:
Experience using Microsoft Office products.

College Degree - Preferred
Major preference: Business or Sales
