Manufacturing Production Scheduler/Customer Service

Fox Valley Industrial Coatings, a division of Waupaca Pallet, Inc., is a leading supplier to the foundry industry specializing in industrial coatings for the mid-west region of the U.S. We are currently looking for a qualified individual to work in our Menasha, Wisconsin facility and help with our production scheduling and customer service needs.
Candidates will be responsible for:
*Establishing production schedules that satisfy our customer delivery requirements. Revise schedules to suit order changes, cancellations, and revised forecasts.
*Determine recourse in event of failures to meet schedules.
*Analyzing and assessing production capacities in the plant.
*Working with purchasing to establish schedules for incoming raw materials
*Responsible for scheduling trucking or other transportation to fulfill customer needs.
*Delivering outstanding customer service by developing strong relationships with our customer base. This position will be our first line of communication when customers call with feedback or issues.
*Requires a knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and production control procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience scheduling in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, customer service, analytical, decision-making and organizational skills as well as advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary. The ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment will add to your success in this position.
