Manager of Shuttle

Overview:
Federated Logistics and Operations a division of Federated Department Stores, Inc. (Macy's and Bloomingdales) has a great opportunity for a Manager of Shuttle in their Tukwila, WA Distribution Center.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain Customer satisfaction with divisions and retail consumers.
Plan, monitor, review and control shuttle and payroll expense and budgets, including shuttle ROFs.
Manage, coach, develop and provide leadership for non-exempt associates on a daily basis.
Coordinate activities of Transfer Dock with assistance of 2 hourly leads.
Develop team to achieve performance goals and gain efficiencies.
Knowledgeable of building staffing and coordinating staff placement as needed.
Communication to building managers regarding sortation issues and resolution.
Maintain working relationship with 3rd Party Carriers.
Insure timely and accurate loading of ST and F&B new receipts, transfers, returns, hangers and unloading of backhauls.
Coordinate dispatch schedule with in-house and 3rd Party Carrier to ensure on-time arrival to store and facility locations.
Ensure timely, accurate information in FEDFLO by FLO and 3rd Party Carriers and utilize FEDFLO to manage door and yard activity.
Ensure manifest accuracy and integrity for all outbound loads.
Analyze reports and data to effectively manage business.
Participate on Six Sigma projects and Process Management Teams.
Insure company safe work methods are adhered to.
Any other responsibilities management deems essential.
