Delivery/ Bulk Merchandiser - Dublin, VA

Overview: A Delivery/Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for the distribution and merchandising of our products at designated routes. Delivery/Bulk Merchandising is very fast paced position that involves unloading, delivering and merchandising cases of product throughout the day.Key Accountabilities:
Delivery of CCBCC products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.

Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to CCBCC standards.

Maintain CCBCC quality assurance standards at every account.

Maintain a safe working environment.

Provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced.

Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license for your state of residency and an excellence driving history for the last seven years. (A 7 year Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed).

The ability to pass and maintain a D.O.T. physical.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively.

Ability to work in a fast paced, continuous lifting environment.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)(Class A) or permit or the ability to obtain such.
Excellent customer service skills.

Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.

Past job performance must reflect dependability, maturity, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
