Sr. Architect

Purpose: Aerotek is currently in the need for a Sr. Architect to work on Commercial Buildings, Corporate Settings, Industrial, Construction.
-Project Manager Level, Cross Trained in Design, Construction Docs, Compliance, Heavy Client interaction
-Ideal Candidate will have small to mid size firm experience ( not looking for Big Firm experience ) as this will provide the multi-disciplined approach necessary to qualify to perform Due Diligence.
-Should possess a strong constructability background and construction administration experience to perform construction monitoring and property condition assessments.
-The position involves the review of construction documents, field observations to assess material conditions, corrective recommendations, cost evaluations, preparation of formal reports, and client communication.
- This level of associate will be expected to manage multiple concurrent projects with a minimum of oversight, possess excellent technical writing skills, and have some experience and success in personnel management.
-In addition, the position involves field observations, condition assessment surveys, plan reviews, and cost evaluations of new and existing construction.
-Must be a licensed Architect (RA), Must have a minimum of ten years of related experience. AIA member is a plus.
