Graphic Designer

Madden Preprint Media is the largest consumer magazine publisher in Arizona and one of the tourism industry's most dynamic print and electronic publishing entities. Madden's online division provides innovative, strategic corporate communications and Web development.

Graphic Designer would be responsible for producing art and copy layout material for newspaper or magazine inserts, which are geared towards the visitor market. This position requires keen attention to detail and the ability to organize workload and manage deadlines of multiple projects. It also demands someone who works well in crisis situations and possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with all problems in a professional manner. The projects require flexibility in design style, the ability to adapt to client specifications, and a strong sense of type and color.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this job, an individual must have mastered design applications; specifically Quark XPress, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator on Mac OSX.

This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA) in related field; and two to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
