Individuals must be hands on, create a positive / fun working environment and have a passion for the restaurant business. Requirements include: High Energy, Minimum 1 year management experience, Knowledge of Back of House operations, (Previous KM experience a Plus) Front of House friendly and willing to work with your Team, (Hands on Style management).
