Self Pay Collector

Medical Professional Associates of Arizona, MedPro, was founded in 1994 for the purpose of providing the most comprehensive medical care in Maricopa County.

MedPro, one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in Arizona has an immediate opportunity for a Self-Pay Collector. This position reviews and researches EOBs, answers billing-related calls,prepares adjustments on accounts and provides quality customer service to our patients. This is a fun work environment, and meeting productivity standards is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires at least 1 year experience of medical billing/follow-up and customer service. IDX experience a plus. Must be BILINGUAL.
