The qualified individual will work in a fast-paced, unique retail setting. This position will be responsible for retail sales and assisting in all aspects of store operation. This will include cashiering, processing merchandise, providing customer service, team member relations, budgets, and store administration. REQUIREMENTS
1. Helps Store Team Leader in the day-to-day operation of all areas of the assigned retail store including cashiering/sales floor, production/processing, donations and programs & services. Helps assure that staff levels are adequate to meet goals and standards.
2. Helps coordinate various People functions such as interviewing, hiring, scheduling, team member problem solving, corrective actions within current established guidelines.
3. Oversees the training of all persons working in the retail store including benefit enrollment, self-paced modules, formalized training programs, on-the-job training, vocational work programs and other work experience opportunities.
4. Communicates, supports, and ensures the observation of assigned job duties, policies and procedures, quotas and goals.
5. Performs various leadership duties at the registers including refunds, approvals, providing change, handling customer concerns and other functions.
6. Participates as an active member of the leadership team with rotating responsibility for opening and closing the store, performing routine errands and acting as a first responder.
7. Ensures top notch customer service is provided by all store team and handles customer concerns in a positive, courteous manner.
8. Ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and safe working and shopping environment. Requests repairs when necessary.
9. Completes all related paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
