Two years higher education preferred. Well developed telephone skills and proper grammar usage are required. Ability to process information, reach quickly and appropriately. Must demonstrate decision making and multi-task skills. Must have computer and keyboarding experience, along with the ability to quickly learn and retain information. Two shifts will be available, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each shift will be up to 15 hours each week, Monday through Friday. Two weeks of training requiring 40 hours per week will be provided.
