We are a small family owned business of 25 employees that has been providing high quality portraiture to NE Wisconsin for more that 45 years. Harmann Studios has been creating long-term customer relations using the latest posing, exceptional lighting techniques, and accenting our portraits with digital innovations using Photoshop and other Kodak software.

We are the largest portrait studio in Northeastern Wisconsin. Each studio has sets and multiple backgrounds to give the ultimate variety for our clients and the tools for our photographers to create exceptional portraits.

Our commitment to implementing new technologies helps us maintain our current customer base and assist us in maintaining the highest efficiency and quality products to our clients. We have our own lab so there are no restrictions in what our photographers can promise in quality and efficiency.

Our studio does not have the cookie cutter approach to photography. We customize portraits that are unique and memorable to each client that we photograph.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Description

Creating exceptional and unique portraits for our studio, wedding, children, school, and sport leagues that will provide our clients with complete satisfaction
Good customer service skills
Being able to organize small and large groups of people to efficiently create portraits for them
Understanding of how to create a correct exposure using a light meter and strobes
Always willing to problem solve to meet any of our clients needs
Communicate well with portrait consultants and our lab to give exceptional results to our clients
Being able to adjust to different styles of portraits depending on the clients taste in portraiture
Implementing sales strategy with in a team to drive growth and achieve goals
Using Photoshop to enhance portraits that result in a Harmann quality portrait
Continuously improving and developing marketing materials such as mall displays, brochures, and pricelist (InDesign or Quark experience a plus
Provide excellent and timely customer service to meet their needs
Friendly, fun, and outgoing personality to relate to the diverse personalities of our clients
High degree of knowledge using Photoshop and other basic operations of a PC computer
Intricate knowledge of a digital SLR camera to create correct white balance and exposures
Understand depth of field and flash photograph in different lighting environments
Knowledge of Bibble, Corel Painter, and other RAW capture software is a plus
Traveling is required within an hours distance of Green Bay for on location photography(35% of our business in on location work
