As a Client Relations Manager, you will be the primary contact between the Lender, Borrower, production personnel, and life company investors. You will address all borrower and investor inquiries relating to monthly payment collection, payoff calculations, inspections, taxes, insurance, escrow analysis, late charges, loss drafts, and all other customary functions of commercial mortgage loan servicing. Additional responsibilities include assisting with watch lists and review of financial statement analysis. Client Relations Managers are also required to maintain high customer service standards.Job Requirements
To qualify, you must possess:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
•2-5 years experience in Commercial Real Estate lending is preferred.
•Outstanding customer service skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
•Knowledge of commercial servicing principles and processes the ability to interpret commercial mortgage documents.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and EnableUS.
