PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

PrideStaff is a national staffing firm that specializes in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing all around the Phoenix Metro area. Our client is an education software company that has a help desk center in Scottsdale, AZ.

The product technical support representative is responsible for troubleshooting software issues for internal and external customers.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from internal and external customers (via phone).
-Responsible for identifying the problem then troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users with the company's web-based software.
-Responsible for resolution of the issue, will own each case end-to-end starting with receipt of call or email
-Will coordinate with other IS areas to resolve problems if necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements-
- Solid customer service background
-Knowledge and understanding of microcomputer environments and related systems required.
-Proven ability to solve customer problems articulately and accurately required
-1-2 years of personal computer technical experience is required, including the ability to perform basic PC software and hardware troubleshooting.
-1-2 years of customer service experience is strongly preferred and the ability to work on multiple tasks required.
-Computer hardware and software systems experience are strongly desired.
-A+ certification and/or Network + desired, but not required.
-Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule - including evenings and weekends
