Talent Magnet by Remedy, a Premier Placement agency in the Valley, is looking for Medical Customer Service Representatives for our local, Central Phoenix Client. Job duties include, but not limited to:
*answering questions from hospitals, doctors and patients regarding pre-authorization
*using computer database to find information about patients and relay information to third party vendors
*finding out what insurance will or will not pay for and giving information to hospital, patient or third party vendor
*using filing system
REQUIREMENTS
*knowledge of medical coding (ICD-9)
*knowledge of medical terminology
*proficient with Windows based programs
*able to be flexible in schedule(may work alternating Saturdays or Sundays)
*able to train and work independently
