JohnsonDiversey is searching for qualified applicants for a Sales Representative / Market Manager in the Birmingham area:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Build successful relationships to grow distribution and end user sales.

Deliver sales plan for territory total profit/volume targets, increase total share of customer, and sell new customers.

Develop a highly effective, targeted sales plan that increases share of customer and sells new accounts.

Manage the assigned distributors to maximize customer service and meets business goals.

Give hands-on demos of our floor care and other cleaning products to distributors and end users.

Apply your superior computer skills to maximize the effectiveness of our CRM software
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking qualified candidates that possess the following:

High School diploma is required with a Bachelors degree preferred.

3-5 years of related sales experience

Knowledge and previous experience working with distributors preferred

Ability to build and grow relationships.

Have Financial Acumen/Analysis skills along with solid judgment

Resilience/Tenacity with strong negotiation skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software
