Marinette County Help Desk Microcomputer

Marinette County Help Desk Microcomputer Support Specialist This position is responsible for the successful provision of solutions between the Information Services Department an all other departments within Marinette County as well as contracted agencies of Marinette County and maintenance of all user end hardware. Additional duties include managing the help desk and providing preliminary support for all inquiries relating to computer issues. Qualifications: Associates Degree in computer science or related field; two years experience in computer services including hardware and software; MOUS certification which includes word processing, spreadsheet and personal computer diagnosis training; A+ Computer License/Certification; A+ Network License/Certification; AS400 License/Certification and Help Desk License/Certification; insurance acceptable drivers' license. $18.15 per hour (starting). 35 hours per week.
