Lead Customer Service Representative

The purpose of this position is to perform all the functions of
a Customer Service Representative, handle and resolve problems and complaints, assist with employee development , assist the office manager, oversee CSR work assignments and cash control at the front office.
REQUIREMENTS
(Basic Requirements) High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years experience in the cable industry of customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Experience in cable, high speed data and digital phone order entry and troubleshooting.

(Minimum Requirements)Proficient use of computer, telephone and ten key. Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Thorough knowledge of cable industry, supervision of personnel, business office policies and procedures, business mathematics, accounting and finance.
Ability to train personnel on business office policies and procedures. Ability to analyze various accounting and financial data.
