Help Desk Analyst-Financial

Purpose: TEKsystems currently has an application software customer support positions available. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of construction project management principles including,interaction with customers via telephone and e-mail requires a highly motivated individual. The person in this position must have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Interpersonal, team player, and communication skills must be exceptional.

Responsibilities:
Distinguishing between application and system problems
Supporting customers on internally used applications
Troubleshooting complex software problems and providing solutions
Using help desk software that provides the means to log in problems and track them until solved
Researching and testing of application software to resolve customer issues
Increasing application knowledge by actively pursuing training, developmental work assignments and completing authorized education programs.

Persons interested should have 2+ years of customer application software support experience is desirable. This opportunity is a Contract to Hire position.
