Bachelors's Degree is required Degree in HR, Business or related field is preferred 2-3 yrs experience in HR or Employee Relations required Works under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources. Serves as an advocate for the employee, management, and the institution. Meets with employees to address concerns, explain hospital policies and procedures, and mediate differences between employees and supervisors. Advises managers on employee relations issues, facilitates the problem-resolution procedure, and assists in developing and implementing performance review and recognition programs at United Medical Center. Performs other duties as assigned.
