Customer service representative

Purpose:
Our client is the leading provider of comprehensive waste and environmental services in North America.

We are currently hiring for (5) inbound call center professionals that are accustomed and thrive in an environment where up-selling is involved. These positions under supervision initially, are responsible for closing new customers. On average you can expect to receive between 13-15 calls per hour. Overtime is also available. Shifts are 7am-5pm (M-F).

Our ideal candidate is going to have a stable work history that involves working within a call center environment for a minimum of 2+ years of stable work history. We are looking for career-minded individuals that are punctual, have exceptional follow through, can pass both a drug and background check and wish to grow professionally with an organization that believes in promotion from within.
