Westaff is currently seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to work for our client, an international heavy equipment manufacturer, located in West Phoenix. This organization is a global business leader in manufacturing equipment for the construction, infrastructure, quarrying, recycling, surface mining, shipping, refining, transportation, utility and maintenance industries. As a Customer Support Coordinator you will be responsible for the following: Parts and service support of front and rear discharge concrete mixers
Ensure warranty administration function in a timely manner
Manage all after market support activities in region
Develop new and maintain existing customer relations
Coordinate all service activities
Prompt delivery of service parts in the Phoenix area
Seek new after market sales opportunities
Ensure the parts warehouse is clean, organized and has proper inventory levels
Prepare and provide customer parts and service quotes as required
Provide quality phone support to customers
Establish effective customer communication programs
Develop market share through direct sales efforts
Provide courteous and responsive customer service
Provide technical support

REQUIREMENTS
In depth knowledge of concrete mixers and parts. Strong interpersonal skills. 5 years experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. Ability to pass a preemployment drug test and background check. Bachelors Degree and or equivalent experience.
