Here's what is important:
A positive, pleasant and professional personality and phone voice
Excellent typing skills of 25+wpm and solid computer skills
Excellent written and verbal skills (bi-lingual would be great!)
A high school or GED diploma and excellent customer-oriented, multi-tasking, problem solving abilities
