Customer Service Representative--Tier II

Purpose:
We are currently looking for candidates who are seasoned customer service representatives. This is a tier II position with many opportunities for advancement. This position is with a excellent insurance company; located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities:

* Providing front line, direct contact with clients and customers, either through phone calls, e-mail, express delivery, fax and other electronic methods.
* Using the computer system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting the items raised by customers.

Job Requirements:
* Must respond to clients and customers in a timely manner.
* Is able to recognize problems and report to higher level for action.
* 2-3 years of related experience
* Experience with computers
