Customer Service Representative

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $13.20 per hour Mesa company in need of a full-time Customer Service Representative who will report to the Vice President. The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between customers, outside sales, logistics, and operations. Key contact with customers to ensure all paperwork is received. Will actively manage database, salesforce, account profiles, sales vs. budget etc. Will verify accuracy of all invoices and settlements prior to mailing to customers. Follow up with logistics and operatiosn to ensure loads are picked up and processed. Handles all service issues with customers. and will prepare proposals and contracts. Will also ask customers for feedback to help improve service levels, ask for more loads and qualify potential sales leads from incoming calls and prepare for hand off to oustside sales group. Will also be actively involved with process improvement and documentation and other duties as assigned.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualified candidates must have 2 to 3 years experience with customer service, a solid work history, and intermediate to advanced knowledge in word and excel. Must have a professional demeanor and work ethic.
