We're looking for an outgoing individual who demonstrates a high level of professionalism for this key role with our Phoenix team. This is an excellent part-time position where you can make a difference by helping members with their health concerns. As an Intake Notification Coordinator, your responsibilities would include:

Managing a high volume of phone inquiries from providers and members

Assessing callers' needs and assisting them with issues related to patient care

Utilizing the computer database to verify and document information

Forwarding cases to appropriate parties for processing


This position is Monday through Friday. You must be available to work 24 hours weekly between the hours of 6am and 6pm.







Job Requirements:

Call center experience and an understanding of medical terminology are required, as well as exceptional communication skills. Experience with health insurance is preferred.
